    i dont run, i just want to walk! have sole pattern of supra ? , the underpronation on most my shoes with exception of neutral pattern on a heavy soled espirit runner/leisure shoe. my ankles heels and calves are torture everyday, i just get through my shift, get home limp on the carpet and into the recliner with my feet up for the rest of the day – thought it was just general aging. do running shoes recommendations include those of us who dont run but just want to be able to walk around for the day without pain.And what about sandals etc, i have hot feet from all the pain/inflammation? #sweetrelief

    I love the video it was very informational. I struggle with severe plantar fasciitis. I have a low arch and I land heavy on my heel and wear evenly left and right. Not sure what shoe I should get for day to day wear and casual running.
